It is run by Rita & Ben Henderson and is a 'meat eating' hotel, BUT Rita is an excellent cook and knows exactly what vegetarians/vegans can eat. The dishes are original and very tasty, with 2 vegan options for starters and a main course, and many vegetarian options. BUT when booking tell them you are vegetarian/vegan so they can get the soya creem in!
