Visited Gobo in the West Village last summer. The night was very hot, and the busy, somewhat rushed feel didn't help us cool down (I'd recommend you book in advance) Food however, was amazing. Had different seitan based meals, all amazing, which we had with a fantastic bottles of wine. An excellent restaurant in a very cool West Village. Seek it out!
