This new restaurant is part of a small successful Swiss chain that is now bringing its concept to London. The food is laid out and customers self select. The plate is then taken to the till for payment and food is charged by weight. You get exactly what you want and there is so much choice, you have to make some hard decisions. I went when it was very new and really liked my food. It didn't make the earth move but it was tasty and wholesome and was exactly what I fancied. I don't always feel like eating clever food with prices to match. This is ideal for lunch or theatre, being right in the West End but away from the traffic. They also do takeaway; you select a box instead of a plate and the price is less per gram.
